Open HoneyJobs and follow the installation and pairing instructions. The copilot uses the profile and answers you approve.

Open the employer’s application and use autofill. Support varies by hiring system; some questions and file uploads may need your input.

Review before sending

Default autofill stops for your review. Automated mode is separate: enable it explicitly and start a run. Captchas and unsupported questions can require your attention.

What application autofill can help with

The browser extension uses the profile and answers you approve to fill supported employer forms. Review contact details, employment history, screening answers and attachments before submitting.

Supported hiring-system workflows

The extension includes adapters for systems such as Greenhouse, Workday, Lever, SuccessFactors and Manatal. Employers can customize their forms, so an adapter does not mean every field or step can be completed automatically.

From profile to application

  1. Complete your HoneyJobs profile and confirm the resume you want to use.
  2. Install and pair the extension in your desktop browser.
  3. Open the employer’s application form and start autofill.
  4. Review filled answers and handle any remaining questions, uploads or verification steps.
  5. Confirm submission on the employer’s site.

Common questions

Does the extension submit applications automatically?

Supervised mode stops for review before submission. Automated mode is a separate setting that you explicitly enable and start; it can submit supported forms and can stop for questions or verification that need your attention.

Can I use the extension on a phone?

This installation is for desktop Chrome or Edge. Do not rely on the desktop extension being available inside a mobile browser.

What if a field cannot be filled?

Review the remaining field on the employer’s form and complete it yourself. A captcha, employer-specific question or upload may require manual attention.

  2. HoneyJobs opens by itself and pairs the extension to your account. A HoneyJobs panel then appears on employer application pages.
  3. Open a job in your feed and press Apply with autofill. You review the completed form and press Submit yourself.
