Refer & Earn program policy

The HoneyJobs Refer & Earn program is simple: give a friend a free week of Pro, and get a free month of Pro when they subscribe. Rewards are Pro time or credit toward HoneyJobs Pro. They are not cash.

1. How it works

• Open Refer & earn from the left of any screen, or from Settings → Plan, and choose Invite friends.
• Copy your link or share it on LinkedIn, WhatsApp, X, Facebook or email. Your friend must sign up through that link.

2. Your friend: 7 days of Pro

• When your friend has verified their email and finished setup, and the referral has passed the review in section 5, 7 days of Pro switch on for them.
• Each person can receive this once.

3. You: a free month of Pro for each friend who subscribes

• You earn one free month once that friend has paid, in total, at least one month of Pro at the current list price in their currency (S$19 in Singapore, A$23 in Australia, US$19 elsewhere). On a monthly plan that starts with the first-month discount, that is their second payment; on a quarterly plan, or after a free trial, their first; on a weekly plan, their third.
• If you subscribe, the month is a credit equal to one month's current list price in your plan's currency, taken off your next bill automatically. If you are on Free, it is 30 days of Pro added to your account. If your subscription is set to end, the 30 days start when it ends.
• You can earn up to 12 free months in total.
• If your friend's payments are refunded or disputed and they no longer add up to a month, the month you earned for them is taken back — as a charge equal to the credit on your next bill, or by removing the 30 days.

4. What counts as a qualified referral

• The link or code is valid, and you and your friend are different people.
• Your friend is new to HoneyJobs: an account that existed before, or a second address for the same mailbox (for example a "+" alias), does not qualify.
• Your friend's account is no more than 3 days old when the referral is applied, its email is verified and setup is finished.

5. Review and abuse

• Referrals are screened for signs that the same person is on both sides — the same browser or the same network on the same day, many sign-ups on one link in a short time, or the same payment card.
• A flagged referral shows as waiting for review, and no reward switches on until it is checked. If it is genuine, it counts as normal; if not, it is voided.
• Creating accounts to collect rewards, or advertising your link on coupon and deal sites or in paid search ads using our name, voids the rewards involved and may close the accounts.

6. Post about us

• Post on LinkedIn about your experience with HoneyJobs, mention HoneyJobs, and paste the post's link in Post about us. After we have read the post we add 5 days of Pro, usually within 48 hours. One reward per account.
• Say what actually happened for you. If your post includes your referral link, say so or add #ad where the platform or local rules ask for it.

7. Earlier credits

Credit earned under the earlier version of this program (S$3, A$3 or US$3 per referral) stays on your balance and is still taken off your next Pro payment. It cannot be withdrawn.

8. Changes

We may change or end the program. Rewards you have already earned stay usable under the terms in force when you earned them.
