Terms of service

These terms govern your use of HoneyJobs (the "Service"), operated by Quiet Mountain Consulting Pte. Ltd.. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service does

HoneyJobs collects public job postings, scores them against the resume and profile you provide, rewrites your resume and drafts cover letters and application answers from your own material, finds public professional contacts at employers, and, through a browser extension, fills employer application forms from answers you approved. By default, you review the form and press Submit yourself. Automated mode can submit applications only after you explicitly enable it in Settings and start an Agent run; it pauses for captchas and questions requiring your input.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 16 and able to enter a contract in your country.
• Keep your sign-in details private; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• One account per person. Referral rewards are for genuine new users; abuse voids them.

3. Your content

Your resume, profile, answers and documents remain yours. You grant us a licence to process them only to provide the Service to you. We do not sell them, share them with employers or job boards, or use them to train models. Generated documents are yours to use; you are responsible for their accuracy before you send them.

4. Acceptable use

• No false or misleading information in applications; the Service marks inferred figures for your review precisely so you can remove them.
• No scraping, reselling or bulk export of job data or contacts.
• No use that breaches an employer's site terms, applicable employment or anti-spam law, or the rights of the people whose public contact details appear in the Service.
• Fair use of AI features: daily credits on Free and per-minute ceilings on every plan protect the Service for everyone.

5. Plans, payment and cancellation

• Free includes daily credits for the work per job; Pro removes those limits for the period paid.
• Prices are shown in your market's currency (British pounds, Singapore dollars, Australian dollars including GST where it applies, Canadian dollars, Japanese yen, euros, or US dollars) and charged by Stripe. Promotional prices apply to the first billing period only; the plan renews at the list price until cancelled.
• Some accounts are offered a free trial of Pro instead of a promotional price. A trial needs a payment card. Nothing is charged during the trial; when it ends, the plan you chose starts at its list price and renews until cancelled. We email you before the first charge, and if you cancel before the trial ends you are not charged. One free trial per account.
• Cancel any time from Settings; access continues to the end of the paid period. The first charge is refundable on request within 14 days if you have not used Pro features materially.
• Referral balances are credits against future payments, are not withdrawable and expire if the account is closed.

6. Job data and third parties

Postings come from employers' own systems and public boards and may change or close without notice. We are not the employer and make no promise about any role, interview or offer. Contact details shown are drawn from public professional sources; use them courteously and lawfully.

7. Availability and changes

We may change or withdraw features, and will give reasonable notice of changes that reduce a paid plan. The Service is provided "as is"; to the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Ending the agreement

You may delete your account at any time from Settings › Your data; everything is removed immediately and irreversibly. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting consumer rights you hold where you live.
